Terms And Conditions:

There is a 24 hours Cancellation policy on all bookings Which will be charged at the full rate.
We have a waiting list so, giving us enough notice is imperative for us to fill the slot.

If we are unable to gain entry into your home because either a security chain is on or a key is in the lock we would have to charge you a full walk rate.

We are insured to walk your dog/dogs and additionally house sit your animals. Here are the full details of this insurance.

Terms and Conditions of our service.

• All dogs we undertake to walk will undergo a trial period to ensure that they are properly trained and socialized with other dogs.
• You must advise us of any behavioral problems, traits or vices your dog may have.
• Should anything happen to your dog while it is in our care, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are able to meet any costs which may be incurred through vets or other charges.
• We will only walk your dog if he/she returns to my call and it is not aggressive to other dogs, people or other animals. If an incident arises during a walk we will inform you and reserve the right to discontinue our agreement.
• If your dog runs off whilst in our care and cannot be recalled within an hour we will contact you and it will have to become your responsibility to retrieve it.
• In the event of such an incident we will endeavor to help you as much as possible, but you must understand that we have other responsibilities and obligations to fulfill.
• Payment is required either online prior or the day for any of our services. We take card and cash payments, either online card payments or in person via card terminal.
• Your dog will only be walked on a lead if there are specific requirements to do so.
• If poor weather conditions or other adverse circumstances arise during a walk it may be necessary to cut it short in the interests of safety for ourselves and/or the dog.
• We reserve the right to cancel at any time and with immediate effect if a dog does not respond well to us and/or other dogs.
• Your dog should be up to date with all vaccinations, worm and flea treatment. It is your responsibility to ensure that your dog is healthy and to inform us of anything else that may cause any health issues.
• Wag and Walk is insured for Public Liability, all dogs must be insured by the client.
• We will care for your dog as our own and whilst we will make every effort to ensure your dogs safety and well-being in your absence we cannot be held liable for any loss, injury or death to a dog either inside or outside of the home whilst in our care.
• 24 hours notice is required if you cancel a planned walk.
